Dear clients, colleagues, and neighbors. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Kelly & Kelly have prioritized the health and safety of our staff, clients, and community at large. As of the time of this posting, we have resumed normal business hours, but are continuing to enforce social distancing protocols . We continue to observe local health guidelines with respect to masks, and all clients who attend in person are required to sign a contact form to be notified in the event of a positive test within our office.
For the mutual protection of our clients and our staff, we have rented additional office space across the street at 531 Queen Street South. All client appointments are held at this location, and the signing area is thoroughly sterilized between appointments. This space is restricted to Pat or Sean, and is exclusively used for signing appointments. Access to our office at 536 Queen Street South remains restricted to the general public.
We have resumed appointments to take instructions for new wills and/or Powers of Attorney. We will be prioritizing these services for elderly clients, and those with terminal medical conditions. We anticipate some delays in preparation of wills for clients who do not meet these criteria as we work our way through the backlog. Again we appreciate your understanding as we deal with this unique situation.

If the ongoing COVID-19 circumstances forces us to make further changes to our policies, we will update you via this website, and post a sign on our door.
